Booking Flights to Washington DC

You may already know about some of the more popular flight booking websites such as Travelocity.com or Cheaptickets.com. However, there are other, less popular websites where you can find even lower prices for airfare. I’ve done a lot of traveling over the years and I have tried all the services, so I know what works and what doesn’t. I recommend the following:

www.bookingbuddy.com

www.vayama.com

www.sidestep.com

www.kayak.com

Good luck and Bon Voyage!

Where to Eat – Great Restaurants in Washington DC:

Who doesn’t like to visit a new city and experience the great local fare? Since DC is a cultural melting pot, you will find all kinds of flavors, from Modern American to Latin American cuisine, from Mediterranean to Middle Eastern dishes, from Contemporary to Continental, among many others.

Take a look at some restaurants – cafes – bistros – and more

Make sure you try to find places near the metro stations. Cabs can be expensive and it’s not really recommended to walk in neighborhoods you don’t know alone.
